55 minutes | Visceral movement is beautifully executed by two performers in this visually striking dance theater work inspired by the stamina and spirit of Tavarez's grandmother, an influential matriarch who was a mother of seven, a street vendor, an immigrant and a fighter. With poetic interviews between Tavarez, her mother and two aunts, they evoke a beloved figure lost to Alzheimer’s.
